Rihanna Inspired Blue Smoky Eye and Purple Lip

This was a request sent to me of a picture of Rihanna from one of her music videos.  This is a great look for adventurous girls who want to try something different and really play with makeup.

  11. I love love love this look but MAC doesn't carry cobalt. What would you suggest I could use as a substitute for doing this look? I would really appreciate it. I'd hate to buy a $40 pan from someone when I could easily just substitute. Thanks in advance! :D
